There may be many reasons that result in this situation but the main reasons might be political errors and overall economic showdown. Due to the differences between Atlantic City, Atlantic country and the state New Jersey and also due to situations like poor infrastructure and the community’s social degeneration which continued for about five years.

As a result of the New Jersey casino act two percent from the gross revenue of the casino operations can be used for the renovation of Atlantic City.
